the location is hard to find, maybe it is due to the Labyrinth Venice...
Extremely helpful staff. Very charming hotel. The location may cause some discomfort at first because of the difficulty to find it - a very narrow lane. However, when you realise what Venice is about you'll understand the hotel is realy part of the whole scenery. They are careful with the breakfast, offering different options to guests.
A bit difficult to find, but the staff even went to the street to meet us and lead to the hotel.
We've been ask to pay 20 euro extra with no extra bed due to hotel said we have a 12year old girl in our family, even though she is sleeping with her parents.
Loved this hotel. Location was just close enough to walk to San Marco, but far enough away to eat at less-touristy restaurants for dinner. The best part about the hotel was Davide (?) who ran it - extremely nice, and very very helpful. He recommended restaurants for dinner (based on what we were looking for), and made reservations for us. Very clean hotel, and breakfast was good - pastries, and good espresso. Would definitely stay here again if we went back to Venice.
We stayed in the jacuzzi suite... Beautiful. Has it's own patio and we were served breakfast there each morning. Really lovely. The staff was very kind.
Difficult to find
Loved the location! Within strolling distance to the main attractions. A quiet and relaxing place, ideal if you're looking for a short break in a busy working life.
Breakfast finished a bit early, and we messed up with time zones, but the staff waited an extra hour to accomodate us! Great. It's a shame there was no kettle in the room.
Right at the beginning it was a wonderful and very friendly atmosphere. The Service was very good. You get good advices (restaurants, bars, markets, places, etc.) to discover the real Venice for a unigue experience. The hotel is just wonderful and very clean. We will come back!
Combination of price and quality difficult to beat for this location. Staff provide excellent service, they focus on your individual needs and have an ability to make you feel special. E.g. They changed their croissant delivery in the mornings to meet my daughters love of chocolate. They will take time to explain the best ways to get the most from the city, such as what to look for when choosing a restaurant. They also speak several other languages such as English and French
Beautiful room, great location and staff were really friendly and helpful
The staff was very nice and the hotel is lovely.
They change the towels every two days. I did not quite like this but still very satisfied and would definetly stay in this hotel once again.
Breakfast is Italian - disappointing .
Good Hotel, things did work, helpfull staff, I would choose again. Nothing more to say;-)
Location, staff, our room which was a little duplex
The hotel is located in a quiet street, friendliness of the staff. Nice decorations.
As check-in was 13hr and we arrived at 7hr with the night train. The staff did not let us use the toilet when we asked for it. Not even the staff toilet which I find quite unreasonable. The hotel was also a little difficult to find, but we found it with little trouble.
Value for the money was not worth it. Internet did not work, breakfast was horrible, rooms were small room (it was supposed to accomodate 4 people... Don't see how that was possible). Lighting was bad. No sense of arrival.
